i will be so screwed if i dun put in more effort into my studies. i juz failed a maths test. by half mark. 6 marks worth of carelessness. wth. i havent been failing maths for the past 4 years, it came as a big shock to mi. i juz went "wth" in my mind. yea, tis test is trying to tell me smth isn't it? the test paper seem to say "Pull ur crappy grades up idiot, or it's game over for you!" maths! it's maths! something i have always been confident in. something i have always enjoyed doing. something i don't mind having a test in. something i thought i was good at. obviously i thought wrong. mayb i'm not so gd at maths aft all. which kinda means i'm gd at nth, cuz maths is the only thing i thought i was gd at. i'm already in a stupid situation, studying stuff which i 1) will have no use for in my life and 2) will definately not score well in. i'm refering to chem (obviously). useless freaking subject. i so regret taking chem. no use now, it's work hard or die. tt's all. so simple. and i haven't seen my guides for so long liao, about a month already. which tells me i'm very very slack at guides, should go there at least once in 2 weeks. and there's red cross (which thankfully is coming to a standstill) and last but not least OCIP which i really hope to go but hope tt will not clash with anything else. i juz have so many things to do and so little time. i need to rest too! i need a break once in a while too! but when i feel stressed, i should think of my other friends. more than half the HC-ers r taking 4As. sweez n nana got council, yh's president of RC.... they all shd b more stressed than mi. i should b feeling fortunate n not complaining.haix. wadeva. i muz do my best and get past promos with hopefully A,B,E or smth close, passing GP. hope so.

whew, went home late last nite. about 9+ on a weekday is late lah... Jaw's birthday!! Haha... Yinghui gave him a 'holy' pencil case, and a zi lian photo of herself!! haha... mayb we shall put that photo on the RC notice board :P

and went for steamboat dinner at turf city... was quite fun! it was a pity that todds, maggie, sweez, nana and franni could not join us. todds gotta go home, maggie falling sick soon. nana and sweez got council stuff to do, franni's drama meeting ended late. we had a great time too! muahahaha... i am so evil! LOL... and we had to chase the bus!! haha...

pit stopping is really fun, especially when u haf a holy pencil case to play with. and when yinghui is trying to tell us smth which all of us are trying hard to distract her from saying. haha... *Imagines Marilyn, Yinghui, Maru, etc. sitting in circle, saying "Our Father who arts in heaven..." * Lol... what a sight lah!

didn't get to do much homework... i tried, but i was really too tired lah... haix, later still got TKS lesson, so sian!!

I discovered that Ong's tutorial isn't that boring after all. Maybe it's the fact that i'm actually used to the boring atmosphere of the class. Then again, maybe not. Whatever. At least I don't have to force myself to stay awake during his tutorials anymore. Time passes quite fast during his tutorials, unlike TKS's whcih seem to drag on forever... Anyway, during Ong's tutorial, we were crapping about Initial D. We meaning Devi, Huimin, Jasmine and me. And Devi actually went to watch Initial D with a whole bunch of Indian friends!! Lol... she says "there's nhing muxh to understand about what, it's just *mimick action of Jay driving his car when he's delivering tofu*" I just LOL-ed. I think we spoke loud enuff for Ong to hear us, and he was writing smth on the board. I wonder why he hasn't given up on us yet. Actually we were talking when the rest were doing tutorial, cuz we finish out tutorial already!! Haha....

Then we discussed PW the written report. And Jay kept saying "Must box the graph." and we got irritated, we threatened to box him up. Lol... He and Elyse were so blur about what were they supposed to do, cuz it was about 5 plus, everyone was quite brain dead. Devi almost threw up blood explaining to Jay what he had to do. but I never had a more fun PW meeting. Cuz Elyse and I kept laughing. And HuiWen wasn't telling us how cute she thinks AiLing is... Haha...

And I got into OCIP!!! That is, if I pass my promos. Didn't realise that there was so much things to do about OCIP until the meeting with Ms Darrell today. First, we haf to attend a 4-session PROJECT SMILE workshop, then we haf to do planning, then we haf to do a local CIP project first... then there's PW OP, there's promos which is the most important thing ever, cuz without it, everything's gone. And a lot other stuff... etc etc.

But nvm, I will jia you de!!! When I can't do my tutorials and I feel stressed, I tell myself "Most of the HC-ers r taking 4As, they're worst off then you. Now, be satisfied and buck up!" I muz jia you! Get through promos, get through everything. I can do it!

visited the RCHD (Red Cross home for the disabled) yesterday.... came as a little of a shock to me initially, cuz as yeng yeng says, we seldom see these ppl on the streets. at least not in singapore anyway. but it was an enriching experience. we didn't do cip, but we interacted with them a little.

there was christopher, born on christmas day. he's very smart, tell him a date and he can tell you the day. never got anyone wrong. and he asked for everyone's birthdays to challenge himself. and there's agnes, also physically handicapped but able to communicate with us too. actually i feel that they r veru nice ppl, very innocent n simple, not like ppl out there in the cruel world where even ur friends can cheat on you. they dun lie juz to make anyone happy, but it is tis tt makes them special.

actually i feel very fortunate aft the visit, fortunate juz bcuz i'm normal. i can talk, walk, play happily without any problem, but not them. plus, some of the residents there are children, some of them my cousin's age, some as young as 5. the little girl of 5 was called valerie, and she look quite normal excepts that she lies on the bed and doesn't respond to us, unlike some others, unlike chris who tells us that tis yr's ndp sucks, and tt he likes watching channel 5 programmes. and there was 3 of them, abit younger than us. then they very very thin, stick-thin, as marilyn calls it. and they look much much younger than their actual age cuz their size is very small....

this visit was very enriching. i learn tt actually disabled ppl can b nice too. it is the true 'simple n nice' tt qihao says. do not feel sympathy, but make friends with them, juz like the volunteers did, juz like yeng yeng did.

haix, i went for the ocip interview with miss poh today. hai, didnt think i did very well, cuz i like dunno wad to say. all the things i say seem like very normal, nt special de. wadever lah, at least i tried lor. haha... didn't get in jiu suan le. but yinghui thinks tt we did well. dunno y.

ah xin came over today... she n todds wanna go buy 56 de CD... the new yr song lor... haha...

Today, I went shopping with Nana at J8. After getting Candace's present, I got a call from Yinghui. "Help Eunice!! I need to borrow money! I lost my wallet!" Being the nice friends we are, we rushed down to the interchange from Minitoons to lend Yinghui the money. After getting the moeny, Yinghui and her friends went off to do the interview they're supposed to do.

Nana and I had nothing else to do. There was this bazaar so Nana and I went to walk walk. We passed by a stall saying "See your furture! Only $5!" Being curious, Nana and I decided to try it out. We paid the 5 bucks and the woman led us into a roo. It was brightly lit, with 2 cushions on the floor. There was this table in the middle with a crystal ball on top. I was thinking "If this woman was a quack, she was doing a good job of it."

Nana and I sat down on the cushions and the woman sat in front of us with the crystal ball between us. "What do you want to see?" she asked. "The life of Hardcorers 10 years from now!" Nana said enuth-ly. "All right then." the woman said. "Look into the crystal ball and you shall see what you want to see." Nana and I looked into the crystal ball. The projection was so real that I could smell the nice smell of fried chicken. Then I realised where we were: In Long John Silvers! Nana was sitting opposite me now. There were food in front of us. Being quite hungary, I tucked into the food. Just as I was about to start, I noticed that they did not give me my favourite crumbs!

"Hey! They didn't give me crumbs!" I complained. "Me also!" I heard a familiar voice said. Turing to the source of the voice, I realised that Toddler was sitting beside Nana!

"You already have Crumbs." a guy's voice said. I turned to my right. Crispy was sitting beside me with a pram with two little toddlers in it beside him. "Come, mmm..." Todds held out a spoonful of what looked like toddler food towards the toddler. He shook his head and hit the pram in protest. "Aiyah, Crumbs. Just eat up lah. Don't be hard on Mummy ok? Otherwise people will say that you are malnourished again..."

"You know ah Toddler, malnourished means that the person does not recieve enough of a certain type of nutrients you know..." Franni told her. "Yar lah! your kid is undernorished lah! not I want to kao peh you lah, but feed your child more mah!" Cheeki injected. "Talk like you all are experts..." muttered Crispy softly. Franni caught that. He cleared his throat. "As a matter of fact, we are. Cheeki and I have graduated from Medical School and are going to be doctors!" he announced. Everyone's jaws dropped. "Cheeki, a doctor?!?" I exclaimed. "Don't touch Crumbs! Or he'll become thinner than a strand of mee!" Nana said.

"Did I hear anyone mentioning mee?" Maggie came into the scene. "I am the GM of Maggie Mee company!"

"Cup noodles are not good for health lah. Especially for a toddler. Crumbs should eat more carrots and veggie." Vinny produced a carrot from his bag like magic. He tsk tsk-ed at Todds who just pouted back. "See, pouting like a balloon again."

Something hopped into the scene. It was Labit! "Did I see a carrot appearing here?" he asked. Shooting caught up. "Labit! Don't hop so fast leh!" "Bo Pian! I saw carrot mah!" he replied.

Sweez walks into the scene this time. "Hey Swee, you're late liao!" Todds exclaimed. "Late lah, f*** you." said Vinny, showing Swee the middle finger. Swee just smiled. "Sorry lah. Mommy had to comfort Winnie. She was making such a din." "Sweez, are you going to let that idiot point the finger at you and not do anything about it?" Cheeki buay song-ly asked. "Na, I quit scolding bad words liao. Mummy say de. Bad karma sia."

Suddenly, my phone rang. 'Calling...Josh' I picked up the phone. "Hey, Yinghui and I will be late ah. She lah, lost her wallet again."

Today is a nice day!!!!

haha... no TKS lessons. and only saw her for less than 3 mins in total today. MY LIFE SUDDENLY ROCK!! =) Lol....

I decided to go for OCIP. Mi n toddler n Yinghui. Wish Nana can go though, but she cant get away cuz of council. Hope the interview will be successful! :)

Handed up WR first draft le. Shouldn't get rejected le lah, but then she tml sure will kap peh one. but who cares? Lol... Live for the moment!

hope more ppl will come forward to donate blood. It's very meaningful lah... i haf to ask my mum about it though. the response today was quite good. many people chose the 11-12 slot, dunno y. Are 11-12 lessons so horrible?

Lalalalala... Wednesdays are nice days... hehe....

Was chatting with Yan Xiang on msn juz now... i miss her so much! she's always soo nice to tok to. prolly tt's y she's one of the seniors tt i respect the most(the other one is Jac). her views on things, the way she handles them, it's juz diff from others. haix... the last time i seen the PM ppl was in May, yan xiang birthday tt time... like so logn liao. shuyi's bdae is coming up, perhaps we could gather n celebrate abit :)

Kao Peh Kao Peh, also dunno wad the bloddy hell you r kao pehing about!! u want our files we give you our files and u kao peh. people ask questions u kao peh, people dun ask u also kao peh!! what the hell do you want out of us! juz becuz you're going thru menopause dosn't mean we have to suffer with u, u bloddy bitch! you claim that you're angrty because we're rude, but think(if u haf a brain to begin with), are you very polite to us? no! not at all! and u told us right in our faces that u dun enjoy teaching us! like we enjoy being taught! juz ____ the hell off lah! we'll be better without u lah! you think we cannot live without ur constant, never-ending nagging, reminders and reminders about not being late when there are only 1 or 2 ppl late! and you scolded us for coming to lecture late when it wasn't our fault that another teacher let off late! the most mockable thing is, you yourself! you made us stay back to settle PW stuff during GP period and took away 1 chinese period, despite the fact that we told you most of us have lessons! wow! that is how gracious of you to use other teacher's period when you scold us for not telling the teacher tt time is up! like it is of any use that we told u! die u bitch, just go n die. thankfully PW last only 1 year, i cannot imagine seeing you every morning AND 2 extra hours a week cuz of PW!

today's chem lesson was so fun!! :) haha... to think i was complaining about chemistry a mere few hours ago. but today's lesson was really quite fun. first hour or so we had chem test. but well, this wasn't the fun part. the fun part came after the test. mr ong was trying to teach us static, dynamic and stable state equilibrium by use of analogy.

1) Static equilibrium: Today your parents give you $5, the next day they declare bankrupt and you get no more money ever.

2) Stable state equilibrium: Today your parents give you $5, you spend all. The next day they give you $5 again.

3) Dynamic Equilibrium: Today your parents give you $5. You keep it. The next day they give you $5 again, Being the good child you are, you return yesterday's $5 to your parents.

This was Mr Ong's analogy. We came up with different versions though.

By Elaine's group: (Funniest)
1) Static Equilibrium: Today you bang sai. The next day you can constipation and cannot bang sai anymore.
2) Stable state equilibrium: Today you bang sai. Then you flush down. The next day you bang sai again and you flush down again.
3) Dynamic Equilibrium: today you bang sai. They you eat the sai back and the next day you bang sai again. (LOL)

Chio's group came up with a 'girlfriend' analogy. Jessie's group with an egg analogy. Li rong's with the milk...

Last but not least, my group's analogy:
1)Static Equilibrium: Today the teacher teach page 1. The next day the teacher quit and never teach again.
2) Stable state equilibrium: Today the teacher teach page 1. I use the knowledge to do my homework. Tomorrow the teacher teach again.
3) Dynamic equilibrium: Today the teacher teach page 1. I remember. Tomorrow the teacher teach page 2, i remember page 2 but forgot page 1. [Apparently Ong seem to think tt it is suitable to describe our class's way of learning]

I'm so great!! 'Very Nice Mashmallows' by Euni, the best!! :) :) i'm so pro... von actually didnt like mashmallows de(traumatizing experience by xin n qihao) but then she like my mashmallows!! wahahahaha...

Hardcore bbq was fun... we stayed till about 11 plus. which was quite late. mum wasn't really pleased but didn't say much (thankfully)

and i juz read vonnie's blog. i m not evil!! she is weird lah, dun care her.. lol....

As if i didn't had enough during GP test today, the both of them debated on the superiority and inferiority of prawns and human. it's so -_-" right? And guess how it happened? cuz i didn't eat my prawns for dinner. double -_-".

hardcorers gathering on national day... for full day activity.... BBQ!! Yay! Havent done that in a long time. :) is so looking forward to it. :)
