Teachers Day + Birthday Part 3

For some irritating reasons I cant post too many pics in a post. So here goes the last bit...

then we went to the hall to watch performances.... And we gave the teachers their gifts! Mrs Tan was touched, Mrs Tay too. Mrs Wong was too sick to give any expression except the "i-am-sick-i-dun-wanna-b-here" expression.

Then we went to find Ongy. At the hall we shouted "Mr Ongy come out!" and he really did! Lol. Then we find him to take picture. Then he complain the background not nice, etc etc...

We took a pic outside staff room, then we insisted he take his bike out for us to take picture. But he say raining, so he insist he wan umbrella and hw wan ppl to shelter him to get his bike. (eee.. so gay) which Jay did.

Teacher's Day + Birthday Part 1

Teacher's Day celebrations started today quite sian-ly. It was raining cats and dogs in the morning. Being the S5A we are, we skipped the ACES Day workout despite us wearing "ACES" t-shirt (our class tee) And so we sat at the benches...

Then suddenly they decided to go to canteen to slack. Dunno why also. They just moveds so we followed.

As me and Ah Bao are chatting... Bee they all walk in with a cake! For me and Jay de. *touched* really touched. Cuz they tried very hard to light up the candle. Used up 1 whole box of matchsticks but cannot light!!

In the end Jay and I decided to pretend we blew the candle...

We killed the cake!!!

Guess what? My classmates, being the nice people they are, decided that Jay and I should eat half the cake each, since the cake is small. It's super chocolatey! I cannot finish la.. In the end Jay finished his half and my class helped mi with the other half. Hehe. Then they gave us our presents.

Thank You Hardcore!!

*Muacks!* I love everyone of you! Thanks for celebrating mine and Swee's and Nana's birthday. It was great fun today, and sorry for bring a little un-enthu, i quite tired.

Oh and guess what? Cheeki and Nana spoilt both their phones!! It started like this...

I met Swee n YH at condo busstop at around 6, and as usual, Nana was late. Like again. Worst thing was, it was raining cats and dogs. I shall skip the part about how we were all stranded at busstop cuz we cannot get into the condo. So ya, we finally went to the condo. Where we settled at some condo and started eating.

And thwn we decided to shift place to the funtion room which Yh's brother's fren's mum graciously helped us book. So we walked in the rain to the function room, passing by the swimming pool on the way. And Shannen, being Shannen, had to walk by the edge of the pool to feel the water on her legs. And Cheeki, being Cheeky (pun intended) had to reach out his hand and push her into the pool. And SPLASH! Into the water she went. He thought she had extra clothes. It had never crossed his mind that her extra clothes r all in the bad she is carrying. So all her extra clothes were wet too. And so was the whole of her bag. And so was her handphone.

The next part shall be about how Cheeki stupidly spoilt his phone too. After we reached the function room, Shannen could not find her phone. So Cui and I went to she pool. I peeped into the pool. A bright pink thing I saw! (Not a ghost la) It was Nana's phone! Just then, Cheeki had to come along. And I told him Nana's phone's inside the pool. Cheeki, being the very-easy-feel-guilty yet very stupid cheeki, dived into the pool without thinking, forgetting his phone is in his pocket too. So we end up with 2 spoilt phones and 2 very wet people. What a sight.

A sweet story...

Two butterflies were in love.........
One day, they decided to play Hide n Seek.During the play.....

Boy Butterfly - "A small game within us."
Girl Butterfly - "OK"
Boy Butterfly - "The one who sits in this flower tomorrow early in the morning is the one who lovesthe other one more."
Girl Butterfly - "OK"

Next morning, the boy butterfly waits for the flower to open so that he can sit before the girl butterfly does. Finally, the flower opened. What did he see?

The girl butterfly had died inside the flower. She stayed there all night so that early in the morning as soon as she sees him she can fly to him and tell him how much she loves him........

Moral of the story ->Tell ur loved ones that you love them before its too late!

I did a good deed today!!

It begins with Devi, Me, Elain and Samuel going back to school after lunch. On the way back, I spotted this card case lying on the grass. The green card lies facing up, quite unnoticable to most people. I took a closer look. Some one dropped it! Devi picked up the case.

"Should we wait here for the owner to come back?" (my suggestion)

"No la, let's see inside got phone number or not, call the person." (Devi's idea, which sounds so much more logical)

So she took out the stuff inside the case. A driver's license, a few pieces of scrape paper, a credit card and IC. No phone number. Devi looked at the IC. "1991! This person is only 15 years old!" I went -_-. It was the date of issue la... Then I looked at the address. Block 319! It was like, 10 steps from where we're standing.

"Let's go find the person la, his house so near only..."

*pauses and wait for Lionel to nod in approval*

So we went. It was the 4th floor. I pratically had to force Samuel and Devi to climb the stairs while Elain auto follow me. Then we reached the 4th floor, we went door to door, trying to find the correct unit. An aunty was walking towards the corner house. Then we realised. The house we're looking for is the corner house.

"Excuse me aunty, does this belong to your family?" Devi asked.

"Ah yes!" She shouted inside the house and an uncle came out. He face glowed when he saw the case. "I was about to call the company to cancel the credit card." he told us, looking utterly grateful.

It's nice ot help people. Especially Devi (who, btw, has lost wallets many times enough to understand how it feels) Lol. I think swee can relate to that too. :P

A Bihari hat-seller who was passing by a forest decided to take a nap under one of the trees, so he left his whole basket of hats by the side. A few hours later, he woke up and realized that all his hats were gone. He looked up and to his surprise, the tree was full of monkeys and they had taken all his hats. The Bihari sits down and thinks of how he can get the hats down. While thinking he started to scratch his head. The next moment, the monkeys were doing the same. Next, he took down his own hat, the monkeys did exactly the same. An idea came to him, he took his hat and threw it on the floor and the monkeys did that too. So he finally managed to get all his hats back.

Fifty years later, his grandson, Laloo, also became a hat-seller and had heard this monkey story from his grandfather. One day, just like his grandfather, he passed by the same forest. It was very hot, and he took a nap under the same tree and left the hats on the floor. He woke up and realized that all his hats were taken by the monkeys on the tree. He remembered his grand father's words, started scratching his head and the monkeys followed. He took down his hat and fanned himself and again the monkeys followed.

Now, very convinced of his grandfather's idea, Laloo threw his hat on the floor but to his surprise, the monkeys still held on to all the hats. Then one monkey climbed down the tree, grabbed the hat on the floor, gave him a slap and said ............................

"You think only you have a grandfather?"

LOL!! tis is funny.

Haven't blogged for some time now. Hmm.. lemme start with Monday. The First Impressions Workshop. The speaker mentioned limegreem shorts. Elyse, Devi, cow and me burst out laughing damm loud. omg, very embarassing. hehe. and elyse the idiot was sitting right beside me so it was extra funny.

then i met marcus. it was after school le, so he took off his tie liao. and he's wearing white long sleeve (roll-up) and black pants, he looks like a waiter. cui looked like a waiter too. and chee how also. marcus took out his tie. and told mi it was the best tie ever. i took a look. VS tie. -_-

i told cui n cheehow they look like waiter.
cui replied: "little schoolgirl. :P "
chio replied: "we got students meal u wanna order?"

and i told nanan that *ahem ahem* look very smart. BUT SHE PON SCHOOL! stupid girl. literally po(r)n star. hehe. And i went shopping with her yesterday (National day eve). Now i swear i wun go shopping with her alone. Ever. Nana is queen sia. She walk walk look look and she wun tired de. All i had to do was follow her around (my forte) while she shop. But it was super super tiring. And i had to chiong home to bathe and chiong to tuition. and i was late. and i didn't have dinner. poor me. =( *wallow in self pity for 3 seconds*

funn rising with my classmates is quite fun. we went to CP for breakfast. then hear cheehow and samuel talk crap. And tt stupid cheehow wanna snatch baby from little(ok, mayb not-so-little) kid. And we tell him he'll break the chair. On the way back huimin was asking us about some guy from the Lucify band. she says Jason says the guy is cute. then she added "But Jason got weird taste." and elyse...
*look at huimin and laugh* "Ya, really weird taste" LOL.
