woot! staying over at minling's house was fun! we played mahjong till 1am, then switched to playing bridge till 3, then went to chat in min's room and only slept at 5! hehe. woke up at 9am, very sleep-deprived but very happy!
chatted about working life. minling's been the most loyal to her company (working there since dec!) actually i haf the best working experience among them. it's like they met people who made them fustrated, who can drive them crazy, while the people at my working place(s) are quite nice. most are nice anyway. hee.
then we ate the choc fondune(dunno how to spell) thingy min made. it's melted choc and it tastes really great with mashmallow! (and strawberries, according to the 3 of them) in the end too much choc cant finish, we had to play the jin ku mi ma to finish up the food. apple went into video-frenzy and keep trying to video us. LOL.

oh and almost throughout the whole sleepover we were eating. supper, then snack, the breakfast. then snack again. LOL. we went to Vila'ge for snack (actually close to dinner time le, so considered as dinner?) oh there's a very kawaii cow there!
then apple went home and min went for her ndp rehersal. left jess and me. since jess needs working clothes, i pei her go shop. seriously shouldn't shop with jess. i end up buying as much as her. LOL. bought this very-nice-to-wear slippers! lol. thou i got like, 6 pairs at home (including my working sandlers).
and went amk hub to shop(with jess oso) since it's ultra near my house and there's alot of sales (according to jess). in the end we only go 1 shop cuz quite late liao, 9+ like that. 1 shop and i bought a skirt! lol... record time sia! spent 15 mins only. jess bought a top and yes, there was discount! lol. *happy*
yep yep... that was all. meeting the PM gang later for steamboat(yet again)later. to celeb jac's VERY belated birthday. =)

Whee! Another week just gone past. Hmmm... let's see what i've been doing this week.
Sat & Sun: Visiting NTU and NUS open house respectively. the NTU science prof really love fume cupboards! They have 600 in their school! Omg. But not that it's my concern anyway. Science is so not for me. Oh they give free ice cream at open house. So nice! Todds and I had a nice time touring. The dorms look quite ok too. But we didn't get to attend the talk by the business school cuz it was flooding with people. Quite literally. But the school very far off. Take shutter bus take until the guide in the bus introduce everything until got nothing to say. Oh the campus tour guide quite funny. He keep pointing out which canteen got whatWe met this senior girl who spoke to us and she thinks Toddler and I are great friends. Yucks. lol!
Sunday went to NUS open house with my class. Eh actually I was late so I met up with Jay n Cheese and met up with the rest at NUS. Lol. Cheese should be in army by now le. Maybe cuz it's hard to move around in a big group, but NUS open house like not as fun as NTU. Oh but we attended the business talk. But attend and nv attend like no diff de. The prof speaker juz crap about how NUS is the top 20 uni in the world and focus very little on the stuff we really want to know, like the modules, the honours programme, etc. -_-
then we went to celebrate Rong's birthday dinner at The Asian Kitchen. The food was not bad la, but a little ex. Around Ding Tai Fung that kind of price. The Xiao Long Bao was nice thou. And the dun-look-chinese waiter actually can speak Chinese! lol...

Tuesday: Chix POP! Finally getting out of Tekong after 3 months... Bye bye to Ninja Turtle's Master (a.k.a RATS) and rubber fish dinners. 5 mins into the start of the parade, it started to rain heavily. But the VIP juz continue to slowly inspect the squads and the POP guys juz stand there kena drenched. And Chix dad eyesight really good! Can see Chix among so many bald heads. Lol.. Then after the formal parade the army ran in and do a cheer:

Oh I saw Calvin and Zi Suo(how to spell?) and Jia Sheng there too! Lol.. out of the 3 I only recognise js. Calvin called me then I saw him. And I only realised Zi Suo was the peron that smiled to me after he left. Lol.
Yesterday (Friday): Went to watch movie after work with Chix since he having 2 week break now. Watched Primeval. Damm embarassing cuz we both cant pronounce the title so I told the ticket seller "the alligator show". Omg. Oh and I totally changed my mind about Croc shoes after the movie. Lol. Crocs are dangerous! They juz eat and eat, and when they're full but there's food, they'll spit out what they have eated previously and eat the new one. Then people keep getting eaten. Got one scene damm funny. This guy kena chase by the croc. He ran between 2 trees. The croc behind him got stuck. Then he saw and he point middle finger at the croc! lol... in the end he kena eaten oso. But the movie say somthing kinda true. It says "We created our monster. The civil war caused lots of corpse to be dumped in the river, which got the croc addicted to the taste of human blood." Which is why it keeps attacking humans. Ai, humans.

Work's pretty hectic today. 27 new accounts!! omg. usually 10+ only. kept me bz the whole day.
i keep making mistakes at work. stupid careless mistakes. i find that when i concentrate on not making mistakes in one area, i'll have all my mistakes for the day in another area. take for example today, i made sure all the names and adresses are typed and spelled correctly. very satisfied me hand up to my i/c. then she check and say the signing off part, i actually demoted my head of department! lols. he is supposed to be 'head' but the letter i printed says 'section head' (which is a smaller post)
the day before was worst. cuz have to type promotion start and end date in the letter. my start date: 26 Feb 2007 and end date: 25 Feb 2007!! omg. it should have been 25 Aug 2007 for the end date. my i/c keep laughing! omg.
my i/c are both very cute. one always tell us about her 3 sons. the other is counting down to her retirment (muz work 30 yrs to get some retirment benefits) and her retirment is 14 years away!! lols. her kid is in like, primary 2 only? and they always say must strike toto, so can retire early.
and the stupid lionel (ok, actually he very smart. in studies only. lol) today act cute in the office. cuz he slacking on the sofa. ten he act childish. then i tell him he childish. and he says "this is call ke ai!" omg. and added "i very tian zhen!" and i went -_-"
oh today got lou hei in the office. they bought 3 lou hei thingy (dunno wad u call tt, the palets with all the stuff) from sake sushi! then everyone lou hei (like, 40 ppl?) kinda fun. and the 7 of us getting results tml lou for good results. "4 As ah! GP A1 ah!" lol.
